Cruel People

Do you know what really justs ticks me off. I heard people were saying mean things about some girl and they asked who would they rather be friends with blah blah blah or blah blah blah blah blah blah. Now both of said people were not your genetic "popular" people. But what makes me mad is that people are judging people by their looks. Now I am as guilty as the next person but I am trying to stop I mean, I have been in the situation where I have been the girl who was getting compaired too, and let me tell you who havent had it happen, it feels like crap. I mean how do you not know that you and said person would not have been good friends if you gave them a chance. But no, you judged them on their weight, hair, clothes, teeth, money, etc. Just think.... Post and share!

  4. i wish i knew who u guys were talking about... anyways, let me tell u something about something a certain CLASSMATE of all of ours said to me one day. (i might have told this story before)so, this guy, we'll call him Locust (yes, like the bug, i picked that name because he is annoying like a bug.) back to the story. One day in a certain science class, Locust had received a new permanent seat assignment. the next day, he asked the person across from him who sat NEXT to him. the person, who just alos happens to be popular and is sometimes slightly snotty, responded by saying his name, but we'll call him Bill. now, mind you, Bill was very quiet and shy, but he was also EXTREMELY nice. he hadn't arrived to class yet, so Locust made a big deal out of it and groaned. since i was nearby and heard the whole conversation, i said, "Why do you have to bash him[Bill] like that?"
Locust then replyed by saying, "Haha, umm, what does 'bash' mean?"
I then said, "It means to bully and make fun of, which you were just doing." (p.s.-every good northerner knows what bash means, but in this case, Locust thought i was talking about the rather naughty definition of bash. which to make clear I was not.)
Locust returned my comment by then saying, "Oh, you mean like I make fun of you?"

the moral of my story is 1)who would even say something so direly rude right in front of the person they were talking about, and 2)why make fun of someone who may be different from you, or maybe just too shy? sometimes i wish i could punch "Locust" square in the face!!!
